We normally ship out all transfers and ready-stock orders within 2 working days. If an item needs extra processing time, our customer service will reach out to you personally.
We provide return and exchange only if the items arrived in defected condition that are proven to be from the manufacturing process, we will send you a replacement upon receiving the returned products. If the defected items are caused by mishandling by the logistic, please reach out to respective logistic partner to submit for a claim. Please contact us should you need assistance in any part of the claim process.
Please reach out to our customer service as soon as possible. Items shipped out to a wrong address are strictly non-refundable.
